This is just terrible. Xbox Live has been unplayable since Christmas.
I've been a Gold member since I got my Xbox which was back in April. There have been times when Xbox Live has been slow at responding to requests from my Xbox. This has lead to inferior gameplay or not being able to play the game at all. If this happens, I normally check if I get a response from XBox.com (specifically my Gamer card). Usually, both are slow to respond. This indicated to me that perhaps Xbox Live is running at near capacity (I'm no expert but I feel that this is a valid claim). The problems with Live tend to clear overnight. When Halo 3 came out, there were a lot of server problems due to the number of people trying to play online. But I forgave them as I felt that both Bungie and MS underestimated the number of sales of Halo 3 they made. Besides they upgraded their servers quickly enough to handle the load.
But our current situation... A week. A week! A week of Xbox Live coming on and off is just not acceptable. We're paying customers here!
This is a quote from Major Nelson on the current state of XBox Live:
"(Saturday, Dec 29 @ 3:15p PT) As you may have noticed, over the last few days we have experienced record numbers of new members signing up for Xbox Live and record numbers of players online. This has contributed to some Xbox Live consumers experiencing difficulties signing onto the service. Our engineering teams have been working as quickly as possible to remedy the situation and have already made a number of improvements to the service. We are continuing to monitor service levels around the clock to insure optimal performance. We appreciate your patience during this time period and thank you for their ongoing support of Xbox Live."
So it looks like there are a lot of new Xbox owners thanks to Christmas and not enough capacity for everyone. It's a shame because most of them will be put off with the shit service (or should I say 'lack of service'?) that is Xbox Live and will never come back. What the hell are MS doing with our money that we pay for our Gold membership? They should be reinvesting it to upgrade their Xbox Live network. I am paying good money for a good service. But a week of downtime is not good at all! Any jackass could have predicted that the Live network was under a lot of stress (like I predicted earlier). Why couldn't they have upgraded it? Microsoft, are you expecting to not sell anymore consoles? Because that's the ONLY reason why you should stop upgrading xbox live.
Anyway, I have been very dissatisfied with the service levels of my Gold membership. So much so, I have actually bothered to write an email to Xbox Tech Support asking for compensation. I can forgive the odd one or two blips but this past week has been crazy. Get your act together MS or Sony will catch up with their PlayStation Network(PSN).
PS Happy New Year everyone!

Life Sized Weighted Companion Cube
I you still haven't played Portal yet (part of the Orange Box package) then hurry up and go play it. If you have, then no doubt you are probably missing your weighted companion cube. An recent ebay auction saw one lucky (rich) person win a Life Size Plush Weighted Companion Cube being sold for $1200. I hope this guy treats the cube well!
Measuring approximately 65 cm cubed and weighing around 12 kg, the cube costed a whooping $100 to ship to the auction winner. That's roughly £650 altogether. This was just one of three hand-made by Diane Koss. The first two cubes were given away at Fünde Razor, raising money for Penny Arcade's Child's Play Charity. Diane is taking custom orders for more weighted companion cubes at her web store. However, don't expect it to come cheaply and I can't imagine her doing more than a handful of these as they take a while to make.
If you are poor like me, then you can settle for the 6 inch variety or the car rear view mirror variety both available from the Valve Store. But then again, they hardly compare to the life size version. The 6 inch variety has already been sold out but hopefully there will be more coming soon.

Sensible World of Fuck Ups
Sensible World of Soccer was meant to be out for the Xbox Live Arcade today. Well, it's not there (on the marketplace). Actually, it WAS there. Just that it's gone now. You can't download it anymore. Why? Because once again, they've fucked up. They messed up big time.
This game was originally planned for release back in August. It was delayed for four months so that they can rework the net code for better online play. At 9am this morning, many fans rushed to download the game. As soon as the game loads up, it disconnects you from Xbox Live. This is just laughable really considering that they spent so long fixing bugs. As a result, Microsoft has already pulled the download of the game from the Marketplace. Only the few lucky ones who woke up early this morning managed to download it. I wonder how much longer we have to wait for a fix.
Edit: A statement has made by Microsoft on the Codemasters SWOS forums. See Below:
"It has come to our attention that an incorrect version of Sensible World of Soccer was made available on Xbox LIVE® Arcade for the Xbox 360® video game and entertainment system from Microsoft® which has since been taken down. This version incorrectly disconnected users that attempted to connect to Xbox LIVE.
We are currently investigating the issue and will have a correctly functioning version of Sensible World of Soccer available soon.
Any users that have already downloaded Sensible World of Soccer will need to delete their copy of the game and download it again when the correctly functioning version is available in order to enjoy online play via Xbox LIVE. Following this process does not incur any additional charges.
Please look out for the fully functional version of Sensible World of Soccer soon. We thank you for your patience."
Update 20:57: It seems that Codemasters have released a statement. They're pointing their fingers at Microsoft. So maybe they have uploaded the wrong version like they said earlier? If so, then why is it taking so long? No timeframe has been given by anyone official yet. My guess is that if it's not Codemasters fault, then it will be out soon (by the end of the week). If it needs Codemasters to fix a few things again, then good luck seeing it released this year. Again, this is just a wild guess.
Here's the statement in full,
"As many of you who have already downloaded SWOS have noticed there is a problem with the online play in today’s release which unfortunately was beyond our control.
Microsoft are currently looking into a fix and will post a new download as soon as possible.
Unfortunately this means the version which was available this morning had to be taken down.
We realise you have been waiting a long time for this release already and you continued patience is appreciated."
Update 20/12/07 12:48: An update from Major Nelson says that a team is working on the problem throughout the night. He will update us again around 8pm GMT or 12pm PST. It looks like we'll be getting this game this side of Christmas after all. Come back here to stay informed.
Update 20/12/07 22:30: This is what Major Nelson has said, "No news yet on the SWOS. I can tell you that NO ONE is sitting on their hands and everyone is working to get this out as fast as they can." Keep checking back here to stay up to date.
Update 21/12/07 01:13: It has just hit 5pm (PST) and it looks like Major Nelson has gone home for the day. This is what he has just said, "No SWOS news yet...I am hoping tomorrow to have hard information to share." Let's hope it comes 2moro.
Update 21/12/07 21:20: SWOS is now available on the Xbox Live marketplace.

Holiday Greetings from Aperture Laboratory
Valve have created Portal themed Christmas Cards. Available from The Valve Store for $14.95, you get 15 cards featuring 5 different humourous greetings. It's a shame that it probably won't arrive in the UK in time for Christmas but if you're in the US, it's only 2-3 days delivery which is perfect. If you've never played Portal, you won't understand the greetings so go and play Portal now!
Anyway, here are the greetings and a picture of the card (might contain spoilers).
"If the Weighted Companion Cube could speak - and the Enrichment Center reminds you that it cannot - it would wish you and yours... All the Best this Holiday Season!"
"The Enrichment Center reminds you to Have a Happy Holiday until you are instructed by a superior to discontinue having a Happy Holiday."
"Hoping you and yours willingly assume the Holiday Escort Submission Position this Holiday Season!"
"The Enrichment Center reminds you that any appearance of danger is merely a device to enhance your Holiday Experience"
"Remember when the platform was sliding into the fire pit, and I said, 'goodbye' and you were like 'No Way!' and then I was all 'we pretended we were going to murder you' and then I sent you this Holiday Greeting card? That was great."

The next game I'm looking forward to...
Sensible World of Soccer (SWOS) for Xbox Live arcade. This is probably the most excited I've been for an Xbox Live Arcade game. I'll be honest though, I will be a SWOS noob. I've played it on the PC with a keyboard a few times but couldn't get used to the keys. But I do remember when I scored a spectacular curve ball goal which just made me fall in love with the game.
This game defines "arcade game". It's fast and fun. What more do you need? Anyway, Sensible Soccer is coming to Xbox Live Arcade on Wednesday 19th December.

GTA IV Trailer 3: Further Comments
I'm slowly finding more things about the most recent GTA Trailer. Rather than editing my previous post, I've decided to start a new post. So consider this as a part 2 of my impressions and I will also take this opportunity to review other people's opinions when I find them.
Firstly, there is a very good video analysis online which can be found here. In the video, the commentators talk about a tattoo which can be seen in this screenshot (on the character's left pec).
They say they think it means something like, and I quote, "Boy, teenager, child, something like that". However, they are completely wrong. This is suprising as they managed to translate a long line of Chinese text in their trailer 2 video analysis. The tattoo just simply means "I, myself or me".
I found that the Statue of Liberty (known as the Statue of Happiness in the game) in trailer 3 to be a little blocky as did the 1up video reviewers. But then again, it's not that bad considering you probably won't see it up close that often. Anyway, the distance shot from trailer 1 looks pretty sweet enough. Of course, I am assuming they haven't altered it that much between the two trailers. The trailer 1 statue does look a little greener though! Anyway, take a look yourself and let me know what you think.
Wow, the skyline of New York never ceases to amaze me. Real or not.
Now that I have seen the trailer several times, my opinions of the facial animations compared to my previous post have changed somewhat. The facial animations/detail aren't that bad as I thought. They are better than most games. My eyes are starting to open up to reality as the Mass Effect effect (no pun intended) wears off. Give me a few more weeks and I'll probably think the facial animations are the best things about this game! One thing is for sure though, I can't wait for this game to come out.
Finally, there is a rather in-depth written analysis found here.
I'll carry on posting new and useful links here when and if I find them.
"Life" Review

Life focuses on Charlie Crews, a policeman who recently spent 12 years in prison. New evidence showed that he was wrongly imprisoned and thanks to his rather sexy lawyer, Constance Griffiths (Brooke Langton), he is released with a rather large sum of money. Even though he is rich beyond his dreams, he chooses to rejoin the police department as a homicide detective.
Charlie Crews is played by Damian Lewis who most notably played as Richard Winters of the WWII drama, Band of Brothers.
Crews is partnered up with Dani Reese (Sarah Shahi) and each episode is focused around them solving murders. At the same time, Crews is secretly trying to find out who framed him.
Having spent many years in prison, Crews discovers how the world has changed and finds out about the internet, mobile phones etc, which adds some humour to the show. He also has some strange habits which are undoubtedly a result of his time in prison. Overall, I find that Charlie Crews is an interesting character who is well played by Damian Lewis.
11 episodes have been aired in America but I found that the main plot (Crews finding out who framed him) develops too slowly for my liking. And what's worse is that all the beans are spilt on the eleventh episode for the mid-season cliffhanger* when they could have revealed some of the information in earlier episodes. I suppose each episode's homicide case is interesting enough to cure this problem but sooner or later the writers will need to develop the main more in each episode to retain its viewers.
Finally, as much as I like Damien Lewis's character, I feel that more time needs to be spent on developing other characters especially Dani Reese.
Overall, it's a pretty good first season show. It has me hooked for now and I will be continuing to watch as long as they speed the plot development up a little.
UK viewers can catch Life on ITV early next year.
*Could be the season finale cliffhanger the way the writers strikes are going.

GTA IV Trailer 3 Impressions
The new trailer "Move Up, Ladies" has just been released along with a couple of new screenshots (both shown below).
Everything looks sharper and cleaner than the previous two trailers. Everything looks brighter and shinier too. One thing is certain, having played Mass Effect for 47 hours recently, I have got used to the high level of facial animations and at first glance at this trailer, I was disappointed with the character models. The trailer shows a few ladies from the game. I'm guessing they are love interests. But unlike Mass Effect, I don't fancy any of them (yes Liara is stunning and Ashley will catch my attention too). Obviously, this level of detail in the character models in GTA won't be possible. Maybe I should go away and play San Andreas for 47 hours and then watch the trailer again. That should fix my expectations:P
One thing that looks pretty amazing is the use of the Euphoria animation engine. If you haven't heard of it, it is a procedural animation package created by NaturalMotion. What that means is that characters will react realistically to forces. For example, if you bump into someone, your character will react according to keep his balance without the need of a "pre-recorded" animation. It will generate the animation on the fly. One area where it shows this in the trailer is when Niko jumps away from an explosion and when he lands, he rolls to take some of the momentum. Also, the hand to hand combat, which we've never seen before, shows how a character reacts when punched all with the animations generated by Euphoria. Pretty impressive.
The question is, how far is it from being completed? You can watch the trailer yourself right here.
Edit: Further reaction to trailer 3 here.

New GTA IV Trailer

A new GTA IV trailer will be released tomorrow night at 8pm GMT. You'll be able to find it here. With this being the first we've heard from GTA IV for months, is this a glimmer of hope that it will make it's predicted release date in April?
Mass Effect Review
This game is without a doubt the next generation of interactive storytelling. Mass Effect is a science-fiction RPG from Bioware. You play as Commander Shepard in the 22nd century, a time when the human race has made contact with other species. Your goal is to stop an alien named Sarin and his army of Artificial Intelligent robots from taking over the galaxy. That's it. I'm not going to say anymore about the story. That is because the story, or should I say storytelling, is the beauty of the game. Think of this as a movie but with the detail and depth of a book.
The first thing you have to do is to create your protagonist. You can chose to use a pre-made character or to create one yourself. If you choose to create your own character, you first choose whether you want to be male or female. And then you are presented with a choice of your background, whether you're a War-Hero, Earth born or lived on space stations all your life. This will actually affect the dialogue in the game and how other characters approach you. You then get to alter your face. You can make your character quite good looking but you can also make their face look like it had fell out of the ugly tree and hit every branch on the way down. The number of hairstyle choices available may disappoint a few people. For example, you can't have a big afro but this is understandable as your main character is in the military and only military style haircuts are available. In fact, I'm glad they did this as a character walking around with a huge afro would probably ruin the atmosphere for me. Finally, you get to choose one of the six classes which determines what role you will play in combat scenarios.
Depending how you play the game, you will probably spend roughly about a third of your time enjoying cutscenes, a third in combat and the final third of your time exploring and doing quests.
Overall, the storyline is good. The storyline is nothing special though. But where the game really excels, as I mentioned earlier, is how it tells this story. It's how you, the player, can develop your character through the story. There are a lot of conversations in this game. When you're talking to another character, a "response wheel" will pop up for you to choose your response. There are normally three options. One is the Paragon choice where your character will give a polite, caring or considerate response. Another is the Renegade response where your character will be a hard-ass, impolite and couldn't care about anyone else as long as he/she gets his/her job done. Finally there is a neutral response. It is these choices which bring the depth into the storyline and character development, not to mention the replayability you can get from the game. With all these choices and I am truly amazed at how much dialogue must have been recorded for this game. The voice acting is top-notch. The cutscenes, especially the ones towards the end are truly cinematic and really adds to the atmosphere and excitement.
Apart from the main storyline, there are extra missions available for you to do. These normally require you to land on an uncharted planet and kill a few bad guys. Occasionally, there are multiple endings to these missions depending on if you want to play as a Paragon or a Renegade. Exploring the planet is interesting the first few times but after that, you get bored of driving your vehicle up mountains over and over again. These planets are amazingly plain and pointless. Ok, you get to collect a few hidden items dotted around the planet but ultimately, that is it. Nothing else is there. I actually got fed up of driving around planets and decided to skip it and carried on with the main storyline.
The combat system, at first, is difficult to get the hang of. The tutorials are crap. You're best off reading the manual. There is a cover system but it is ineffective when half of the enemy runs at you. As an infrequent player of RPGs who plays a lot of shooters, I died a lot initially. That is until I realised that I needed better armour for my character. After learning about better armour and how to use the biotic and tech powers effectively, combat becomes more fun and more tactical even though the AI is bad. I must stress that this is an RPG and not a shooter. And as I result, I won't the AI affect my final score too much. However, comparing to other shooters, the AI is slightly below average and the extra mission level design (not the storyline levels as they are pretty good) is just appalling. I just hope they work on these for Mass Effect 2.
The biggest problem I had with the game is the save points. They are almost non-existant. If you get this game, I recommend you save everytime you finish a cutscene and just before you go into a fight. It's frustrating to die in combat to find out you have to redo 30 min of gameplay. There are also some horrible framerate problems. This game tends to load things on the fly so that you rarely get loading screens and when you do, they are nice and short. The downside to this is that you get texture pop-ins. The game will load a low-res texture first and ten seconds down the line, your character transforms their clothing from something blurry to something very crisp and sharp. I know this has frustrated a lot of people in the gaming community but I found it acceptable if it shortens load times. What really annoys me though is that it happens in cutscenes! Finally, I found myself towards the end of the game having too much money. I actually hit the upper limit of 9,999,999 credits. Items I picked up during quests became worthless. Another reason I gave up exploration towards the end of the game.
Conclusion
The storyline, character development and voice acting is superb. The combat system could be better. The side-quest levels need a better layout to suit the combat system. Character Creation system is pretty good. Save-points are infrequent but overall, the game is truly an amazing experience. I would still say this is a must buy game as you won't get this kind of experience from any other game. Clocking over 35 hours of gameplay for most people (I clocked 47 hours!), you can't go wrong.

Writers Guild of America Strike - What shows are affected?
If you haven't heard already, writers for TV shows and movies in America are on strike because they don't get any royalties from DVD sales or online sales etc. Something along those lines anyway:)
But what we're most interested in is how this affects us the consumers. I'm going to list a few popular shows and where they stand at present (By popular shows, I mean the ones that I watch:P). Of course, a lot of the new seasons of these shows haven't even started to air in the UK yet. So by the time they start airing, you might find that the strike is over.
Heroes has just completed Volume 2: Generations last night in America. That is a total of 11 episodes for series 2. Originally, series 2 was planned to have twenty-something episodes in total which covers both Volumes 2 and 3. However, 11 episodes have been written and 11 episodes have been aired. As far as anyone knows, last night in America was the series 2 finale. As for UK viewers, BBC2 is airing the two final episodes of series 1 back to back tomorrow at 9pm. No word on when BBC2 will be airing series 2 though but rumour says that they will start airing shortly after series 1. My guess will be after the new year. Afterall, the BBC spent around £400,000 per episode for the rights.
Lost has a total of 8 episodes written and currently, it is due to start in America in February.
24 has 8 episodes written but the premiere in America has been delayed until a time when the strike is over. FOX plans to air all 24 episodes without a break.
Dexter has completed series 2 in anticipation of the strike. Unfortunately, I don't know if this great show is broadcasting series 1 in the UK. Let me know if I'm wrong.
Journeyman has 13 episodes completed. This is one of the new shows I am watching. The problem is that a full first season hasn't been ordered yet*. If the strike goes on for months, this could be a show that will just simply be forgotten. It is currently being broadcasted on Sky One in the UK.
Life has 11 episodes completed. The eleventh episode will be shown in America on Wednesday. This is another new show but unlike Journeyman, a full first season has been ordered. Though the first series may well end at episode 11, a second series is more likely to be produced than Journeyman.
* A full season is roughly 22 episodes

Xbox 360 almost perfect
A new dashboard update for the Xbox 360 was released today. One of the most significant changes is that the Xbox can now play Divx and xvid files. All you need to do is to download the dashboard update, attempt to play an xvid or a divx file and it'll prompt you to download the codec for it. Another couple of megabytes of download and you're ready to rock! So far, all my video files play. However, it doesn't play anything older than Divx 5.0. Nor does it support .mkv files which is the format most HD video files on the internet are being released as. Other than that, the only thing I need the xbox to do now is for it to support my monitor's native resolution of 1680 x 1050. Almost perfect.

Lewis Hamilton in a reasonably priced car

Top Gear was entertaining as usual last night. However, they had an extra special guest on, the British Formula 1 rookie, Lewis Hamilton. After a quick interview with Clarkson, Hamilton took Top Gear's Suzuki Liana around their track. This attracted a whooping 7.9 million viewers. If you missed it, I recommend you to catch it again this Wednesday at 7pm on BBC2.

Do you really need Sight Training?
I saw Sight Training for the Nintendo DS yesterday whilst browsing in a shop and it got me thinking. The game gives you daily training to help improve your vision. It works on five key areas of your vision. These include dynamic visual acuity (seeing moving objects), momentary vision (taking in several bits of information at once), eye movement (moving eyes quickly and accurately), peripheral vision (seeing over a wide area) and hand-eye co-ordination.
So, do you really need this game to train your sight? If you're thinking about getting this game, let me introduce you to first person shooters or more specifically, Call of Duty 4 online multiplayer. Playing CoD4 will work on all five of these areas.
Dynamic Visual Acuity: CoD4 multiplayer is all about moving objects. In fact, it's all about shooting moving objects. CoD4 certainly tests you on this. You need to be able to use your eyes follow the enemy to get a good score. The ultimate test for this is spotting a sniper moving through that grass over there.
Momentary Vision: Most of the time, your eyes will have to take in a lot of information during a firefight. For example, the UAV is online. To do well in the game, you've got to look at the UAV to see where the enemy is and at the same time, focus on what is in front of you.
Eye Movement: You see two guys in the distance, one on the left and one on the right. You got to move your eyes and focus on them to determine if they are friend or foe. Fast eye movement would be an advantage.
Peripheral Vision: You're looking straight at the middle of your screen. I muzzle flashes on the edge of your screen. If you saw it, you've got good peripheral vision and it'll probably save your life as a result. A large widescreen TV would help improve your peripheral vision.
Hand-eye Co-ordination: OK, if you have the console version of CoD4 then this will be Thumb-eye co-ordination. The PC version playing with the mouse is better. However, let me recommend a better game for this. It's called tennis. Or better yet, try badminton.
So there you have it. No need for Sight Training. Just go buy Call of Duty 4 instead. Besides, from what I've heard, Sight Training is absolute shite.

Kick Ass
With Mass Effect arriving, I've been struggling to find time to write a post. This game is simply amazing. However, I'm gonna play a bit more before I write up some impressions.
The Halo 3 tournament and CoD4 tournament went well. In Halo 3, I came joint second in the first round but I failed to qualify in the next round. I just can't seem to be able to aim accurately in Halo 3 for some reason. I kicked ass in the first round of the CoD4 tournament though. Out of five rounds, I came either first or second in all the games qualifying for the final.
The final was tough. I really struggled in the first map. I just couldn't get shots off before getting killed. These guys were extremely good. They'll kill you in less than half a second of seeing you. Unfortunately, I came last in the first round. I did slightly better in the final four rounds but not enough. I eventually finished joint fifth out of nine final qualifiers. I got my ass truly kicked. Will stick the full scores up if I ever get them.

Xtival '07
Oh man, what a rush. I've just entered my first competition. It was a PGR4 tournament. Such an adrenaline rush. The qualifying round were 3 races. Two in a Lancia Delta followed by a Ferrari F40. I came second, third and second which saw me through to the next round. The final race was set in Snowy conditions with the Ferrari F50 GT. That was a real pain to drive. I finished fifth which was second to last in the end. The top three got a shed loads of prizes (they got like 3 games). I couldn't believe how much they got. And then they go and give a copy of Stuntman Ignition to the guy who came last in the final. Dammit! I knew I shoulda gave up after the 3rd lap.
Xtival is a weekend of free Xbox Live access along with a ton of competitions and prizes.
Anyway, it was a tonne of fun. I've enter a Halo 3 FFA tournament and a CoD4 FFA tournament for tomorrow (...or should I say today?). I'm just hoping they don't clash and I'm hoping I will win something! Either way, if Mass Effect turns up tomorrow morning, I won't have time to play it that much considering I need lots of practice! Wish me luck!

Game.co.uk disappointment
So I hear a flood of mail come through the letterbox with a crash sounding like a package. I rush down hoping to find what I've been waiting months for. Mass Effect it is not. Instead a nice green box labeled 'lensmail'. Great.
This was the first time I've made a preorder with Game and it will be the last. Promise of delivery to arrive on the day of release has been broken. Time for me to find a different online retailer who can keep their promises. Does anyone have any suggestions? I think I'll try Shopto next. I've got a few months before my next highly anticipated game comes out. Hopefully Mass Effect will arrive tomorrow. I think I'll just go and play some Call of Duty 4 while I wait.

HTML
HTML. The language of the internet. GTML. Games, Technology, Movies and Life. The language of my blog. There we have it. A name I'm happy with... sorta. And it didn't take me months to dream of it.
In other news, Mass Effect comes out tomorrow in the UK. I'm still waiting for Game to dispatch mine. I've been dying to get this game. In the mean time though, I'm playing lots of COD4 on my Xbox 360. My impressions of Mass Effect coming soon!

Another New Blog
I've had a blog before. It was hosted on MSN Space. I wrote a few posts from time to time. It had a total of 5 posts before I gave up on it. Now I've started this one. How long would it last? I don't know be my guess is that this will probably be my only post. But who knows?
So what will I be writing about if I decide to get up off my ass to do another? Well, let me tell you who I am first (I am aware that nobody will probably read this). I've recently finished with student life at 23 years old. Consequently, I am looking for a job. But my interests are in technology and games. I also love my movies and tv. It's a sad life innit. Nevertheless, I will most probably be writing about my interests. I'll probably write a little bit about my life too. The result is that I have titled my blog, "Life", at least for now. I'm still trying to think of a better name for it though (also my last blog was called Life). If anyone is reading this, I am open to suggestions. And with that, I hereby end my first post on this new blog.
